At Kind Buurt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium baby and children’s products. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • A proof of purchase must be provided

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • BATHCARE items (used for personal hygiene)
  • FEEDING & PACIFIERS products
  • Opened or used BABY GEAR items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return/exchange request (see template below)
  2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories
  4. Include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the package to our returns center at:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we’ll process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
  • Exchanges will be shipped as soon as the returned item is processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
